The Role: Our Young facility is seeking a Part-Time Enrolled Nurse at our North Turramurra Facility. As an Enrolled Nurse you will: Provide assistance and support to the Registered Nurse with the below: Provide nursing care in accordance with consumer’s care plan Participate in consumer care consultations in collaboration with SCC staff, allied health, medical practitioners and consumer representatives. Complete documentation pertaining to the provision of consumer care. Communicate critical information regarding consumer’s condition, needs and preferences. AHPRA-registered with at least 1 year of experience. Medication endorsed Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people including older people, staff, volunteers and visitors High level written communication skills - care documentation Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team Southern Cross Benefits!
